No app support

So far I like the app. My one complaint is that the charges for in app purchases are not very clear. It said I needed to make a purchase to be able to do longer recordings. I clicked OK and did the purchase and I’m still not able to do it. Now it says I need to do another purchase. This is disappointing and frustrating. I will say that so far the app is easy to use, and I have no complaints about its functionality.

Waste of time and money. The app crashes constantly, even after updating and rebooting the phone, closing all other apps etc. Hit the record button and sometimes the recording won’t start. Other times it records then the file (and sometimes ALL previous recorded mp3 files) randomly disappears from the list or is truncated, cuts off before the actual record end. Sometimes it appears to be recording and it’s not, or the recorder freezes. I set up a passcode, and sometimes it won’t even enter the numbers I’m tapping. Or it crashes again. Also, where do you save the mp3 files to, other than the phone itself? Unreliable, buggy and mostly useless.

It literally costs money to do anything and it won’t even let me save or share without paying money and I’m literally sick of it. It is not worth do not get

Works the way I should . And has other useful tools you didn’t think about.

The free version offers nothing

I tested uploading to Google drive. It kept turning and turning till I had to exit the page by swiping up the page on my iPhone 15. No available exit and log out not working. Then in the Google Drive it said it is not a supported format. I tried uploading my 2 minute audio to iCloud. That one only showed my previous files. Total dead ends. I purchase the upload option, but if anyone cannot just record an audio and upload it to share with someone, then what is the purpose?

Lost years of songs in one day.

I’m sorry, but the reason I gave this app 2 stars, is that it is not accessible with the built-in screen reader for iOS for the visually impaired, voiceover. I have been trying to locate audio, recording apps, that specifically can record an MP3 format. I was hoping that this one would be accessible. The main user interface is accessible, but as soon as I start recording, voiceover, completely freezes. There really needs to be away for the blind to be able to interact with the program, even while audio recording. I hope that this problem can be addressed among the program developers, and they can find a way for it to be completely compatible with voiceover.

I don’t often like to write reviews but for a college assignment, I needed to record a song. Unfortunately, you can only record 3 minutes max unless you conveniently pay their subscription. If you need to record a shorter video, then it will work great however, it didn’t work for me as i needed a longer video. Keep it in mind.

You’re not told how long you can record. Then you’re asked for more money. Really terrible. Don’t waste your money. There are other alternatives.

Love this app!!!

My dad used this to interview my mother. We are going through the recordings today after her death and they are all only 2 minutes long. 1:59 in three cases and 1:51 in one case. The rest of their conversation is gone from the universe. This is a “you had one job” situation. I’m angry and upset.

This App won’t even open! RIDICULOUS

I downloaded this app and immediately noticed long recordings not saving. At first I thought perhaps it was due to using the free version and perhaps there was a limit on how long a recording can be/how many you can have for free so I went ahead and purchased the full version. Huge waste of money. It still doesn’t save any recording over perhaps a minute, I also have experienced the issues other people talk about regarding the app crashing constantly, and the “report a bug” feature is nonsense. I’ve reported these issues repeatedly and received no response. For reference I do make sure the app is up to date before using it, and I have an iPhone 13 Pro that is also kept up to date with it’s software.

Maybe my iphone is too old ( 6S plus) but this app crashes constantly. Also When i delete a file, it moves from one section- local recordings- to the other list - icloud sync recordings. I do not understand this. I move them to dropbox so i can then delete them. By the way, the use of an apostrophe for “recordings” is incorrect. Its plural, not posessive.

App shuts down when trying to upload to OneDrive. "Submit a Bug" option in-app is a dead link. I've requested a refund.

Stops the recording at 2:59 and hits you with a paywall. It gives ads while recording and is truly worse than free browser recording softwares. Would not recommend to anyone, absolutely a cash grab piece of junk.

I have used this app for years to create my audio podcasts and found nd it very useful in that endeavor.

The purchase page does not give you the correct feature when you click on it, and the prices displayed are lower than what is actually charged. So be very careful to read what you’re buying before you confirm the purchase.

If it's a free trial why is my credit card needed?

Most of what I attempt to record does so in slow motion despite being set to 1x speed. Would not recommend.

This used to be a great free app. Now you need a premium account to download your recording.

I like this thing, but every time I make a recording, it crashes afterwards. There are no updates for it. I wish there were. Have to move on.

I use the app on a regular basis. It does a good job fir me which is mostly sports interviews Roy Burnette

Difficult to work. I PAID for upgrade but STILL got commercials, then it wanted my credit card. It was already paid for. Does not email. Does not work as expected. Sound quality was awful.

This has been working beautifully and I would have given 5 stars except recently deleted files keep on coming back. I’ve reported this bug a number of times Oliver the past few weeks and never received help.

I’ve been using this mp3 recorded on my iPhone for years to record recipes and email to radio stations for daily broadcasts. They sound better than ones recorded IN the studio. I also record a one minute devotional each morning for my children & grandchildren. I text to them same time each morning. They will have these long after I’m gone. This is a terrific app! Ro Morse

Please include instructions on how to use

If your phone gets any sort of notification while recording it will stop the recording but will still display as if it is recording. A critical two hour lecture was cut off at 6 minutes.

It has one purpose make so I don’t have to run the Apple audio threw a software to convert it into an MP3 if you expect me to pay to record in MP3 in the first place your joking.

It said that I could covert my mp3s with the pro but had to upgrade to every version to get it to work. Very disappointed in the “bait and switch”. I reported this to Apple with no response.

I paid for all the upgrades and it still didn’t work.

Paid $6 for an app that doesn’t give the option to trim recordings. So dumb and now I’ll have to find another app to trim the recordings that I made 0/5 stars

The free version does not allow downloading the recording, nor emailing it, nor uploading it to the cloud. You can only listen to it locally, so the mp3 format is irrelevant. The developer posts it on the store as a free app just to get more downloads but then require an in-app purchase to do anything with your recording.

Great program, the free version is more of a demo, pretty well designed just useless without buying good quality

Just great. Easy and handy to grab a melody you want to remember. I play various instruments for Irish and Old Time music. I hit record while others play, then learn it by ear later with this app.

Upgraded to pro but won’t unlock.

I upgraded once on this even though it is free to record longer voices. I love ❤️ it! Easy to use and if I need to send a voice message to someone not on the same phone operating system I can. Thank you
